You will also find an interactive chocolate studio offering workshops and chocolate classes. As well as a café serving up coffee, a variety of mouth watering delicious real hot chocolate and freshly baked treats. Become a real chocolatier by booking an immersive, hands-on chocolate course at The Chocolate Factory! For more information visit the website but here’s a little summary:
- Kids (7-12): Roll truffles and build your own masterpiece chocolate cluster. (1 hour, R250 pp, min 5, max 8).
- Teens (12-16): Learn to make & decorate slabs, bark, and master the art of truffle rolling. (90-120 min, R380 pp, min 6, max 12).
- Adults (16+): Dive deep into the world of chocolate (production, harvesting) and create & decorate your own pralines with delicious fillings. (120 min, R480 pp, min 6, max 12).
